Were your family members of the Gypsy community who lived on the Bohemia Estate at Eastwood near Southend, Essex? If so, you’re invited to go along to this year’s get-together for the Bohemia Estate descendants.
The organisers tell us that it’s on Sunday 23 October 2022 from 12-4pm here:
St Laurence and All Saints Church Hall
Eastwoodbury Lane
Southend
Essex
SS2 6UN
Entry is £2.00 per person and refreshments are available. There’s limited free parking at the venue but there are larger parking facilities at nearby St Laurence and All Saints Church, 5 minutes walk away.
You can look forward to meeting many regular attendees with connections in the Boswell, Brown, Buckley, Bibby, Gray, Harris, Hearn, Lee, Loveridge, Lamb, Livermore, Smith, Scarrott, Spencer, Spearman, Stone and Webb families, plus many other surnames. Previous events show that this is a great chance to find new family members, make new friendships, share certificates, documents and photos and perhaps name unknown people in family photos.
And if you’re an RTFHS member and go along, why not take a few photos and write a few words about the event for Romany Routes?
