These publications are transcriptions, rather than indexes, of information extracted from various 1891 census returns, and are presented in an “as enumerated” format. As such, the researcher will be able to discover which families were travelling together. Surname indexes are included. There were originally four volumes but Volumes 1, 3 and 4 are now out of print.
