We hear that there’s an event in St John’s Park, Burgess Hill, West Sussex, on Sunday 15 June 2014, to celebrate Romany Gypsy Traveller History month.
A Romany vardo and photographs will be on show, plus there’ll be demonstrations of primrose basket making, flower making and step dancing and an opportunity to give them all a try. It’s on from 11.00am until 4.00pm.
